We currently ship within the United States. We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally. Please note that we are not responsible for any errors in the order or the address provided which result in our shipping company not being able to deliver the order.

Shipping Methods, Times, & Tracking

We typically process orders within 1-2 business days of when you place your order. We ship every two weeks. Orders will be processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00AM – 5:00PM EST, excluding holidays). Shipping options show approximate transit times after the order is processed, and does not include the 1-2 business days required to process orders.

We ship from Massachusetts using FedEx, UPS, and regional carriers. Delivery times vary by destination and can take 2-4 days to deliver to the final address once processed depending on your location – specific estimates are provided for each state at checkout. After your order has shipped, tracking information is sent out in a shipping confirmation email.

Cancelling or Modifying Your Order

We try to ship orders as quickly as possible, which means we cannot guarantee cancellation requests or modifications will be processed prior to order shipping. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact within 1 hour of placing your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.


‍Due to their perishable nature, our products may not be returned nor exchanged.

However, if you have concerns or problems with the products you receive, please contact us at within 15 days of receiving your order. Please provide your name, order number, and which items you received. Our team will attempt to resolve any issue.
